The Bliss Membership is for people who are ready to take their health seriously as a complete, integrated practice. Whether navigating burnout, optimizing an already healthy life, managing a complex presentation, or wanting a provider who truly knows them — this is the level of care that makes it possible.
-
New patients are warmly welcome. The membership begins with a comprehensive integrative evaluation so Jacque can build a full picture before the first monthly visit. Patients who have already completed an initial evaluation can transition directly into the membership.
-
Every visit is shaped by where you are that month. Psychiatric care, medication review and optimization, functional lab interpretation, hormone and metabolic health, nervous system and somatic support — all available in dedicated time with Jacque. Nothing is siloed. Everything connects.
-
Yes — with an initial in-person visit on record, controlled medications can be managed as part of monthly care. Telehealth is available for all other visits and services.
-
A private space between visits — a secure platform for messaging, care plan access, and the kind of continuity that makes monthly care feel like an ongoing conversation rather than a series of restarts. Healing happens between appointments too.
-
Absolutely. Members have access to the full suite — including the Metabolic Reset Program, extended evaluations, and specialty consultations — with the advantage of a provider who already knows them deeply.
-
Many labs can be submitted to your insurance, and you would be billed directly by the lab for any remaining co-pay or co-insurance. Some specialty labs are not covered by insurance — if those are indicated as part of your care, we will discuss the cost ahead of time so there are no surprises.
-
The intake is a comprehensive, whole-person assessment — not limited to mental health. Biology, nervous system, hormones, metabolic picture, emotional history, and lived experience are all part of the conversation from the start.
-
After labs are completed, Jacque will record a personalized lab review video and send it to you through the platform so you can review your results before your next visit. You can then discuss and ask questions during your scheduled appointment. If additional dedicated time is needed, 15- and 30-minute add-on appointments are available at a discounted rate for members.
-
For non-emergency acute needs, the patient support platform is the right place to start. Jacque can address quick questions and minor concerns through secure messaging without requiring an additional appointment — including recommendations for things like cold or illness management and, when appropriate, sending a prescription.
-
GLP-1 is self-administered. Jacque sends the prescription directly to a compounding pharmacy, which ships the medication to you. She manages the prescribing, titration, and monitoring throughout — the logistics are handled so you can focus on the work.
