  • New patients are warmly welcome. The membership begins with a comprehensive integrative evaluation so Jacque can build a full picture before the first monthly visit. Patients who have already completed an initial evaluation can transition directly into the membership.

  • Every visit is shaped by where you are that month. Psychiatric care, medication review and optimization, functional lab interpretation, hormone and metabolic health, nervous system and somatic support — all available in dedicated time with Jacque. Nothing is siloed. Everything connects.

  • Yes — with an initial in-person visit on record, controlled medications can be managed as part of monthly care. Telehealth is available for all other visits and services.

  • A private space between visits — a secure platform for messaging, care plan access, and the kind of continuity that makes monthly care feel like an ongoing conversation rather than a series of restarts. Healing happens between appointments too.

  • Absolutely. Members have access to the full suite — including the Metabolic Reset Program, extended evaluations, and specialty consultations — with the advantage of a provider who already knows them deeply.

  • Bliss Integrative Health operates as a concierge practice and does not bill insurance directly. Many members utilize HSA/FSA accounts for eligible services. Please contact us for details about your specific situation.
